Check-in and check-out rules for guests on DubaiApartment
DubaiApartment sets general apartment check-in and check-out rules, which are more convenient as for guests, as well as for owners according to our experience.If tourists want to check-in or check-out at different times and with different conditions, they are able to negotiate such changes directly with the accommodation owner through the private messaging system of DubaiApartment.If an accommodation owner requires different booking order or check-in\check-out times, they have to indicate such information in the accommodation description.
Default check-in time is 15:00. This time is also used to calculate full days of accommodation rental.
Check-out has to be made before 12:00 of the last day of rental in order to give owners time to clean accommodation and prepare it for new guests.
In agreement with the owners, tourists are able to check-in earlier (starting from 6:00) or check-out later (up to 19:00). Such changes have to be discussed and agreed in advance. The owner reserves the right to ask 50% of standard daily price for such changes.
The apartment can be used only by those guests, which names are indicated in the booking form. The booking can be made by any third party for any person, but the booking itself has to include names of guests. These check-in and check-out rules are effective for all bookings, irrespectively to their duration.
The guests can check-in only after showing their passport or any other document, which can confirm their identity. Bookings can’t be passed to different people, but dates of any booking can be changed.
If accommodation is used by more guests than was indicated in the registration form, the owner and managers of DubaiApartment reserve the right to cancel such booking without refund.
Any additional services or preferences, as well as help of DubaiApartment managers or accommodation owners can be discussed as before booking, as well as after it. For example, one can always discuss:
1. Possibility to stay with pets
2. An additional bed for kids, a couch, a sleeping mattress or a blanket
3. Visa formalities
4. Car rentals
5. Food orders…
