Our Cancelation Policy

Users of DubaiApartment are entitled to cancel an existing booking at any moment of time. One important thing that has to be taken into account is the booking cancellation rules. Booking cancellation is a totally normal and ordinary situation, which implies no fines or penalties if all steps are made in a proper manner.

Each accommodation description contains one of the following cancellation rules.

  • Flexible: in 24 hours

DubaiApartment refunds 100% of the paid amount in case in the cancellation request was sent in 24 hours before the arrival time. However, DubaiApartment service fee is non-refundable. The cleaning fee has to be refunded in case if the guest hasn’t checked in. If the booking cancellation is sent in less than one day before arrival, the guest has to pay for the first night of stay. In case if the guest decided to leave before the check-out day, they have to pay for one additional night of stay after the departure day.

  • Normal: in 5 days

DubaiApartment refunds 100% of the paid amount in case in the cancellation request was sent in 5 days before the arrival time. DubaiApartment service fee is non-refundable. If guests haven’t arrived to accommodation, the cleaning fee is paid back. When the cancellation request is sent in less than 5 days before the arrival time, guests are charge with the price of the first night and 50% of charges for all previously agreed nights. In case of an early departure the guest has to pay 50% of any unused day (except the first day after departure).

  • Strict: in 7 days

DubaiApartment refunds 50% of the booking price if the cancellation request is sent in 7 days before the arrival time. DubaiApartment service fee is non-refundable. If there was no check-in procedure, the cleaning fee is paid back. When a booking is cancelled in less than 7 days before arrival, all previously paid amounts are non-refundable. In case if the guest decides to check-out earlier, all unused days are also non-refundable.

  • Very strict: in 30 days

This policy of DubaiApartment is applied only in some cases and has to be discussed separately. In case if the cancellation request is sent in 30 full days before arrival, 50% of previously paid amounts are refunded. However, DubaiApartment service fee is non-refundable. In case if the booking  cancellation request is sent in less than 30 days before the planned arrival time, all previously made payments are non-refundable. Early check-out is possible, but the guest is not eligible for any refund.

  • Long-term: long stays

These DubaiApartment rules are effective for bookings of 28 days and longer. In case of the cancellation the price of the first month has to be charged from the guest. In cases when the guest decided to cancel the booking after checking in, they have to pay for the 30 days following the day of departure. DubaiApartment service fee is also non-refundable.
